DR. ADAM SPECTOR

 

Dr. Spector earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He has been in private practice since 1990. Dr. Spector has lectured on running related topics and has been published numerous times. He competes in triathlons and completed his first marathon in 2001. As a member of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC), Dr. Spector volunteers his time and expertise at the MCRRC's monthly Stride Clinics. RACHEL MILLER, PT

 

Rachel has a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University in Atlanta. She has been specializing in the treatment of running injuries and prevention techniques for over seven years. Rachel has been quoted in Runner's World Magazine and hosts a segment of a local radio show. Currently, she Is Medical Coordinator of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Miler. She has completed four New York City and Marine Corps Marathons. As a member of MCRRC, she is an expert advisor to the club's monthly Stride Clinics. MIKE BRODERICK

 

Mike Is an RRCA certified running coach who works with adult distance runners of all abilities. He has been a coach with the MCRRC First Time Marathoners Program for the past four years and is the director of the MCRRC Experienced Marathoners Program. In addition, he serves as one of the running coaches for the MCRRC Stride Clinics. Mike has run over a dozen marathons and ultramarathons.
