Our Wheaton location has a JCAHO accredited ambulatory surgical center. We are HIPAA compliant. All offices are equipped with diagnostic x-ray, diagnostic ultrasound, vascular machines, and physical therapy modalities. We cast for prescription orthotics and custom molded shoes. We are fluent in Spanish and accept most insurance plans.

Meet the Doctors...

Dr. Adam K. Spector, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S. (center) is a native Washingtonian with a special interest in sports medicine. He has been the director of Montgomery Foot and Ankle Associates, LLC since 1990. He attended the George Washington University on a swimming scholarship, he enrolled at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, staying active by competing in triathlons, running races and Masters swimming. He completed a surgical residency at Roseland and St. Michaels Medical Center in NJ. Dr. Spector is an experienced speaker and has been published in both medical and popular publications on topics ranging from bunions to reconstructive surgery of the diabetic foot. He serves as a member of a residency committee, training young podiatrists. Dr. Spector is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Mark Sussman, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S. Dr. Sussman is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and the Civic/Kern Hospital Residency Program. He practiced in the Washington Metropolitan area for nearly 30 years and brings a national reputation and a wealth of experience to our practice. Dr. Sussman is also a published author of the popular "How to Doctor Your Feet," a self-help text. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Sussman is retired now.
